Terms and Conditions - Refer a Friend SchemeThese terms and conditions govern the Refer a Friend Scheme ("the Scheme") provided by iExcel Accountants ("the Company") to its existing customers ("Referrers") for referring new customers ("Friends") to sign up for a services package with the Company. By participating in the Scheme, Referrers and Friends agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
a. The Scheme is open to existing customers of the Company who have an active account and are of legal age to enter into a contract.
b. Referrers must refer Friends who are not existing customers of the Company and who have not previously signed up for any package with the Company.
c. The Scheme is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Referral Process:
a. To refer a Friend, Referrers and the Friend must complete, in full, the 'Refer a Friend' form on the iexcel website.
b. Referrers may refer multiple Friends, but they must ensure that the form is filled in every time by both the Referrer and Friend
c. The Friend must sign up for a package with the Company and successfully pay their first month's subscription fee for the referral to be deemed successful.
Reward:
a. If the referral is deemed successful as per Clause 2(c), the Referrer will be eligible to receive a single £50 Amazon voucher.
b. The Amazon voucher will be sent to the Referrer's email address associated with their Company account within 30 days of the successful referral.
c. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Compliance with Laws:
a. Referrers and Friends must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Company's policies.
b. Referrers and Friends must not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activities to gain referrals or benefits.
Modification and Termination:
a. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
b. In the event of termination of the Scheme, the Company shall not be liable to provide any rewards or benefits for referrals made after the termination date.
Privacy:
a. The personal information provided by Referrers and Friends during the referral process will be used in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability:
a. The Company shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Scheme, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By participating in the Scheme, Referrers and Friends acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the Scheme or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or where required by law.
